Though I’m starting to feel like a broken record between local and national lockdowns, I can once again shout out, “WE’RE OPEN!!!”
The shop is looking fresh – completely merchandised from our last close down, with new brands, a restocked skate department, limited runs, new female ranges - as well as all your old favourites waiting for you.
With our ethical ethos to sustainability and low impact, we’re stocking some great new brands who are using zero plastics, organic cottons and one that will even plant 10 trees to every product you purchase. Who doesn’t want to look good whilst also helping to save the planet at the same time – win, win right?!
There’s still more to come, some deliveries are taking their sweet time to show up with the craziness going on in the world – but it’s worth the wait! So keep checking back in with us to see our latest drops and grab them before they sell out.
The team here at Notts have been itching to get back to business and we’re all ready with new brand knowledge to fill you in (as well as a little lockdown weight to burn off.) So come say hi, show us what you’ve learnt in lockdown. Let’s just talk to fellow humans face to face (remember that?!).
We’ve missed you, see you soon…
Hey it's Brett from Nottingham!
It’s Bart Simpson’s fault. All the injuries, the scabby knees and broken bones. I blame Bart.
It was a Christmas many (many) years ago when I came downstairs to find the cruiser Santa had left for me. A blue deck with that yellow boy on, bright green rails and a tail guard, huge translucent wheels. I loved that thing, and I learnt my balance in a little cul-de-sac. I believe that once a skateboarder, always a skateboarder, even if you don’t skate anymore. Working this job has only reaffirmed that, I see the dad’s bringing their kids in for their first setup and you can see the nostalgia running through their minds, “maybe I’ll get one too and we can skate together.”
I’m at Two Seasons because it’s a special place, I love it and it’s as simple as that. When my daughter was born premature at 26 weeks, we nearly lost her a few times. These people were there for me, they checked in with me, they gave me hope and they helped pull me through. They didn’t have to do that, but they did it because they’re people that care – and that shines through in everything they do. We’re led by a man who understands the importance of family, the importance of being good, honest and caring – the importance of looking after our planet. How can that not be special?
Long may Two Seasons continue. I’m here for the ride, I hope you will be too.
