    You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is dispatched. The email will include the tracking number of the courier used. This means that there may be an occasion when items in a single order arrive in more than one parcel, as they have been fulfilled from different locations. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel and it is possible that these arrive on different dates due to differing courier demand/locations. Please rest assured that this will not impact your shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team via customer.service@twoseasons.co.uk as they will be more than happy to help assist and clarify any confusion.

    Up to 2kg the parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and is up to Two Seasons' discretion.

    Attempted Delivery Information:

    Parcelforce Worldwide requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.

    If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will try your immediate neighbour or take it to your local Post Office for you to collect. If the Parcelforce Worldwide depot is closer, your parcel will go there instead. The driver will leave a card informing you of where they have left your parcel.
