Express delivery orders are shipped with a 24 hour contract. Our courier delivers on working days, therefore if you order with express delivery on Monday - Thursday (before 3pm) you will receive your order the next day. If you order on a Friday, you should expect your parcel to be delivered on Monday, and for Saturday and Sunday orders your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is despatched. The email will include the tracking number of the courier used. About Our Service:
All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Friday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time-scales to a small number of remote rural areas. Our Couriers will not deliver to the following postcodes* on a next working day service. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days.
The delivery options are the same for every product unless stated in the description on the product page.
Up to 2kg the parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and is up to Two Seasons' discretion.
Parcelforce Worldwiderequires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.
If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will try your immediate neighbour or take it to your local Post Office for you to collect. If the Parcelforce Worldwide depot is closer, your parcel will go there instead. The driver will leave a card informing you of where they have left your parcel.
