We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you choose to return an item from an online order please return within 30 days of receipt for all items including sale. All items must be returned as sold, with your original proof of purchase.
Any items purchased online can only be exchanged in store, however if you require a refund the item must be returned using the free postage label included in your original order (for UK mainland residents only).
Christmas Returns/ Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you choose to return an item purchased in store or online please return it within 30 days of receipt for all items including sale. All items must be returned as sole, with your original proof of purchase. Please note gift receipts can only be issued with an exchange or credit note.
Any items purchased online can only be exchanged in-stores, however if you require a refund then the item must be returned using the free postage label included in your original order.
Items purchased as gifts prior to the 17.11.19 will be offered an exchange only, any items purchased on the 18.11.19 onwards which fall outside of the current 30 days refund policy, can be issued with a refund until 05.01.20. Items returned after the 06.01.20 will be offered an exchange only until 31.01.20.
1. Please ensure all items returned are unworn/ unused with original labels & packaging in place. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
2. Include completed Returns Form within package, including your Name, Email, Telephone Number and Order Number.
3. State your reason for return using our easy code guide, along with the Product Code, Item Description, and reason for return.
4. Wrap return items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to goods or boxes. Goods are the customers’ responsibility until they arrive at our depot .
5. We are unable to exchange, if you would like to order something new then please place a new order and we will refund the item/s once we have received your return. We cannot issue refunds in store .
6. Please allow 3-5 working days once your returns have reached us, to give us time to process your returns.
You have 30 days to return your item/s from receiving your parcel.
If you are a UK Mainland resident, returns are FREE, cut out the pre-paid Returns Label on reverse and attach to outside of the package, then visit a post office to send via Royal Mail.
For any orders made outside the UK Mainland products are to be returned at your own cost.
Please note orders made outside of the UK Mainland do not include a pre-paid returns label. If you would like to return your purchase, please send back via courier of your choice with returns address attached clearly to the outside of your packaging. Follow our 6 easy steps above for all other advice on returning goods to us.
Returns Terms & Conditions
All items returned for refund must be returned
in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged
goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not
be accepted (unless faulty). When trying on footwear we advise using a clean
surface as shoes with marked or dirty soles may not be accepted for return.
Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips
as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
Two Seasons returns department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed.
Please note that NO Returns can be made in
person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special
requirements regarding this.
Please note that if you are wanting to return boxed goods, they must be returned to Two Seasons in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, Two Seasons is not able to do an exchange or refund on underwear or earrings.
Swimwear Returns Policy: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Refunded wrong amount?
We are very sorry if the amount refunded was incorrect and are more than happy to fix this for you. Please contact our Customer Service Department [email protected] and we will sort it out straight away. Please ensure you have your order number or name at the ready so we can find the relevant information to help you as quickly as possible.
Delivery postage will not be refunded on returned goods, However the postage to return your goods is free in the UK mainland.
