Gently brush the shoe with a soft bristle brush or hand towel to remove loose dirt and debris. Stains can be treated by lightly rubbing a gum eraser in a circular motion over the location and lightly brushing afterwards. Tough stains can be treated with a mixture of water and a little vinegar on a damp cloth. This process may cause slight discolouration to the area.

All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Friday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time-scales to a small number of remote rural areas. Our Couriers will not deliver to the following postcodes* on a next working day service. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days.

The delivery options are the same for every product unless stated in the description on the product page.

Up to 2kg the parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and is up to Two Seasons' discretion.

Attempted Delivery Information:

Parcelforce Worldwide requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will try your immediate neighbour or take it to your local Post Office for you to collect. If the Parcelforce Worldwide depot is closer, your parcel will go there instead. The driver will leave a card informing you of where they have left your parcel.
