Ordering and Payment

PRODUCT SEARCH

Our search function responds to various search criteria. Just enter whatever it is that you are searching for, be it a particular brand or item, e.g. “black dress”, in the search box at the top of the page. All relevant products will be displayed automatically.

FILTER

Search filters can be found at the side of the category pages. Here you can limit your search by brands, colour, price, size and category. You can apply multiple search filters. For example, to limit the search to shoes that will fit you simply select your shoe size from the drop down box. Please note: some models may be listed by the manufacturers’ sizes. For more information, see our Size Charts.

SELECT PRODUCT

When you have found what you are looking for, click on the item to get a better look. Here you will be able to browse through more pictures and read about the features of the product. If you are still unsure, often customers just like you will have left a review, so see what they have to say!

If you are happy with the item, choose your size and "Add to Bag", if you are having trouble deciding what size you are, our Size Charts should be able to help you out and our FAQ will tell you all you need to know about measuring yourself.

Once you have added your item to your shopping cart, you will have the option to "Keep Shopping" or "Checkout". If you haven't finished browsing then choose the "Keep Shopping" option and repeat the above steps, otherwise proceed to "Checkout".

CHECKOUT

Now you are ready to place your order and have clicked the "Checkout" button you will be taken to your "Shopping Cart" which will show you all the items you have selected for purchase. If there are any in here by mistake then simply click "Remove", or maybe you would like to save the product to come back to it at a later date, in which case click "Move to wishlist".

You may also change the quantity, if you have chosen more than you would like or not enough you can alter it here by clicking on the up or down arrow buttons, then click "Update Quantity".

If you have a Promotion Code that you would like to use, enter it in the box provided and click "Apply", if the Promotion Code is correct and in date then the relevant discount should be added here. Once the Promotion Code has been added you will be able to see your "Savings" under "Order Total".

If you are having problems with applying your Promotion Code then please contact us on customer.service@twoseasons.co.uk and we will be able to help you out, please make sure that you have checked the date for the validity of the code.

You still have the ability to "Continue Shopping" at this point, and everything in your shopping cart shall be saved, otherwise, with or without a Promotion Code you can proceed to "Secure Checkout".

SECURE CHECKOUT

1. Shipping Address
Enter your "Shipping Address", this may be different than your "Billing Address", if you would like your order to be delivered to a work address or whether it's for a friend or family member, then enter this address here. You may also choose your "Delivery Method", but remember Delivery is FREE for orders over £30 (UK Mainland Only), this option will be automatically selected if your Shopping Cart exceeds £30, but you may change this if you would prefer a Next Day or Saturday Delivery service at an additional charge.

Once you have filled in all your information and chosen your required Delivery Method, click "Continue", to proceed to

2. Billing

Fill in your Billing Address and Payment details as necessary and then click "Continue to Review".

- Card Number: This is the long number on the front of your card (usually 16 digits)

- Security Code: The last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.

- Phone Number: We will only contact you if there is a problem with the Billing or Shipping information provided.

3. Review Order & Submit
In this section you can review all the information you have entered before submitting your order, please ensure you check your Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Billing Address and Payment Method are all correct, as well as the items, including the sizes and quantities, you have chosen before clicking "Submit Order".

Once you have clicked "Submit Order" we will start "Processing" your order, please wait for this to load, it should not take any longer than 20 seconds before re-directing you to a "Thank You" page explaining that an email confirmation of your order should be on its way to you. 3. Review Order & Submit
