2. I suffer from really bad foot cramps when I ride and have just brought a new pair of boots and the problem is still there, is it my boots?
3. I am a beginner, and want to buy a pair of boots, what should I look for when buying boots?

Yes I would highly recommend that you take the time to custom fit your new boots, new boots always take a few days if not weeks to break-in to the way you want them.
The molding takes approx 20 minutes to do in store, by our snow technicians and is free of charge if you buy the boots from any of our Two Seasons stores or Website; take your boots with your receipt to your nearest 2S store.
If you can't make it to one of our stores, don't panic, your new boots will mold in time to your feet by riding in them, it just takes that bit longer.

Not necessary, we all have different shape feet, boots are made around a last which is one shape, that's why custom fitting your boots is important, its possible that you need a 'foot-bed' to give you arch support, which is the most common cause of foot cramps. Pop down to your nearest 2S store for advice on pre-molded foot-beds from our boot technicians.
3. I am a beginner, and want to buy a pair of boots, what should I look for when buying boots?
Well if you are female then you should be looking at women's specific boots, with there lower cuff (for comfort) and narrower fit (for heel-hold). Burton Mint and Vans Encore. Generally as you go up in price the boots provide more support; forward and lateral, a higher level of imprint liner, for better custom fit and improved lacing systems for better heel hold. Soft-Med flex = Burton Moto, Burton Hail, 32 Lashed
Med flex = Vans Encore Boa, Salomon Dialogue Ltd, 32 Timba
Med-Stiff = Burton Driver X, Vans Fargo Focus
As a beginner we would recommend you to try out soft-med/med flex boots, if possible pop to your nearest 2S store and try a couple of different styles on as you will find that different makes and models suit different foot shapes.
