Free Delivery

We're offering you free delivery on all orders shipped to UK mainland adresses until Monday December 12th 2011. The offer applies to our standard delivery service as outlined below, and excludes island and highland adresses. Delivery time as stated is approximately 4 working days, but in some areas may be longer. There is no cash alternative available.

Delivery Times - UK Mainland

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Next Day Delivery is now available for £5.99 by selecting it in your shopping bag. Please note the cut off time for Next day delivery is 1pm - orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and delivered the next working day after that.

Orders over £60 are dispatched with our courier, DPD. Please find important information about their delivery service in the section below. Orders below £60 are dispatched through Royal Mail's recorded delivery service, and usually arrive within 3-4 working days

All deliveries are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available for £8.99.

DPD - Courier Deliveries

We're proud to announce our new partner for couriered deliveries is DPD. If your order is over £60, or you choose Next Day or Saturday delivery, this is how we'll be sending your parcel. Through DPD we are able to offer fast, cheap delivery within the UK, and low rates to the vast majority of mainland Europe. For a complete list of countries that we are able to ship to, please see the table at the bottom of the page

Order Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number on the day your parcel is dispatched. Using this you can track your order at every stage of the delivery process, online at http://www.dpd.co.uk/.

One Hour Delivery Slots

We understand how frustrating it is waiting in all day long when a courier tells you they'll deliver between 9 and 5. DPD are a little different, they'll text and email you the morning of your delivery to confirm a 1 hour time slot when they'll be at your address.

Missed your delivery?

You should have been left a calling card; simply ring the number on the card to reschedule your delivery for another day. If you'd like, you can even upgrade your delivery at this point to a Saturday delivery to make sure you'll be in to receive it (although you may incur an additional charge implied by the courier for this service, over which we have no control).

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is now available Monday to Thursday.

All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.

We may be able to dispatch individual orders after the 1pm cut off point for next day upon request. Please contact our customer service department on 0800 970 8646.

Some Postcodes are not available on a next day delivery. The following postcodes may take up to an extra 2 working days. Deliveries outside of mainland UK are also not available on a next day service.

Saturday Deliveries

Can't have your parcel couriered to work? Don't want to trapse in post office lines for items you've missed? With Saturday delivery, you won't have to.

For a very reasonable £8.99 we'll arrange for your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday, so you can relax at home with a nice hot cup of tea (or a cold beer... whichever you prefer) while somebody else does the running around.

To make things even better, we'll text or email you a one hour window when your parcel will be delivered - leaving you free to do what you really want to do at the weekend, make the most of it!

No refunds will be given on shipping unless Two Seasons is responsible for the error.
