Delivery Time

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Next Day Delivery is now available for £5.99 by selecting the 24 Hour delivery method in your shopping bag.

We dispatch our Parcels with Home Delivery Network (http://www.myhdnl.co.uk/), and Royal Mail (http://www.royalmail.com/). Both Carriers require a signature upon delivery of a parcel so please make sure somebody is available at the given address. In the event there is no-one at your specified delivery address when the parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card. Use the number on this card to either arrange re-delivery at your convenience. Note: For parcels sent via Home Delivery Network, re-delivery can be arranged for the next working day up to 10pm

All deliveries are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available for £8.99.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is now available Monday to Thursday.

All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.

We may be able to dispatch individual orders after the 1pm cut off point for next day upon request. Please contact our customer service department on 0800 970 8646.

Some Postcodes are not available on a next day delivery. The following postcodes may take up to an extra 2 working days. Deliveries outside of mainland UK are also not available on a next day service.

Areas not available for next day delivery

Please Note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Two Seasons does not accept responsibility for items delayed through customs/security checks or due to adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be given on shipping unless Two Seasons is responsible for the error. Two Seasons will not accept responsibility for incorrect delivery options given and reserve the right to change these without notice should the incorrect options be given.
